Served Sac State Club Volleyball as a player (1990-1993, 1995), head coach (1996). Mark also served many more years as an assistant coach, advisor and alumni coordinator to the club. As both a player and head coach, his teams never placed lower than a quarter-finalist at Club Championships and led the team to the National Championship in 1995. Mark was also named an All American (1991, 1992) and an All American MVP (1995) while playing Opposite.
